"I recently stopped by The Biltmore to visit a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the building. The place feels safe, modern, and very well maintained. Even as a visitor, the lobby and shared spaces gave a really comfortable and welcoming impression. I especially liked the lounge area upstairs with the large indoor tree and seating around it. I visited in winter when the terrace was covered with snow, so it was quiet at the time, but it’s easy to imagine how lovely the space must be in warmer months for small gatherings or casual evenings with friends. Overall, it left a very good impression. If I ever decided to spend some time living in New York, this is definitely the kind of building I would consider."

"Couldn’t have picked a better place to live in NYC. Midtown really feels like the city’s melting pot — diverse, chaotic, and full of energy. Within a few blocks you’ve got everything: boba, Hell’s Kitchen restaurants, subway lines to anywhere, Target, and a ton of nightlife options. What I love most is how responsive and caring the leasing office is — no matter what happens, they always get back to you right away. The building feels safe, quiet (great soundproofing even on high floors), and honestly, it feels like home. Spent all four seasons here and would 100% come back again. 💙"

"For the price residents pay not worth it at all. Ritz is so much better. There’s a 24/7 attendant at the front desk who can’t ever recognize their own building tenants from strangers. On the 8th floor someone got robbed and the workers blamed the tenant for not using the deadbolt. Most of the time when people go out they infer that locking their front door would be enough especially when this is a building they call themselves a luxury apartment. There’s absolutely no security. There’s no fobs for elevators anywhere. So once you just get by the attendant who can’t even tell who’s who and get in the elevator they can go up to any floor and get lucky. Also this place is really easy to get robbed since the front attendant has a copy of the keys to every unit. Also so inappropriate they call young female tenants sweetie or sweetheart or baby. Also you pay water and sewer too but just know your sewer bill is twice the water bill. And they don’t explain why either."

"Very disappointing experience. I was stopped by a front desk employee named Anthony, who claimed he had "never seen me before," asked for my name and apartment number, and called upstairs before allowing me into the building. I've lived here for almost a year and have seen him many times. Being treated like a stranger in my own building was both frustrating and insulting. This is not the first issue I've had with this employee's attitude. The problem isn't security—it's the lack of professionalism and respect shown toward residents and their guests. For a building that charges luxury-level rent, residents should not feel like they are being interrogated every time they come home. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for us to decide not to renew our lease."

"As someone who works long hours nearby, this building has caused me significant stress. First, the package pickup hours are incredibly restrictive (closing at 7 PM on weekdays and 3 PM on weekends),due to this I never get to pickup my package. Second, residents are charged a mandatory $125 monthly amenity fee per person. I never use these amenities because the building's soundproofing is terrible. Lastly, the walls make strange noises in the middle of the night( kinda scary) I have reported this issue, but management has failed to fix it. Due to the constant sleep issue I am now having health issues and need to see a doctor😓"
